Instructions

1. Prepare a Double Boiler

Fill a small saucepan with water and place it on the stove. Set a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring it doesn't touch the water (this is your double boiler).

2. Melt the Base Ingredients

Add coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax to the bowl. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until everything is melted and combined.

3. Add Magnesium and Arnica

Once melted, remove the bowl from heat. Allow it to cool slightly, then mix in the magnesium oil and arnica oil, stirring well to combine.

4. Add Essential Oils

Add the peppermint and lavender essential oils to the mixture. Stir to ensure the oils are evenly blended throughout the balm.

5. Pour into Containers

Immediately pour the mixture into small glass jars or metal tins. Allow the balm to cool and solidify completely at room temperature.

6. Label and Store

Once solidified, secure the lids on the containers and label them. Store the balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How to Use

  • Take a small amount of the "Tension Tamer" balm and gently massage it onto your temples and jaw.

  • Apply it at any time of day when you feel tension or discomfort, especially during stressful situations or after a long day.
